摘要
矿山机械工程具有一定复杂度,需要采取有效方法提高运行水平,机电一体化是对机械技术和综合技术的综合应用,因此基于机电一体化提出矿山机械工程的优化方法。通过对矿山机械工程进行需求分析和信息数据处理,构建数据库,实现对设备的作业参数控制;通过确定影响因素制约条件、建立数学模型和设置参数,构建矿山机械工程优化模型,保证设备发挥作业效率。经过实验验证和对比分析,提出的优化方法具有一定可行性,能够提高矿山机械工程运行效率。
Mining machinery engineering has certain complexity and needs to take effective methods to improve the operation level.Mechatronics is a comprehensive application of mechanical technology and comprehensive technology.Therefore,the optimization method of mining machinery engineering is put forward based on mechatronics.Through the requirement analysis and information data processing of mining machinery engineering,the database is constructed to realize the operation parameter control of the equipment,and the optimization model of mining machinery engineering is constructed by determining the restriction conditions of influencing factors,establishing mathematical models and setting parameters to ensure the operation efficiency of the equipment.After experimental verification and comparative analysis,the proposed optimization method is feasible and can be improved Operation efficiency of mining machinery engineering.
