摘要
为解决金属材料加工设备在实际运行过程中的不确定性和加工精度预测不可靠问题,开展金属材料加工设备的数学建模相应计算分析研究。通过金属材料加工设备相关数据采集、数字加工设备模型构建,实现对加工设备的数学建模,并以此为基础,对加工过程中切屑折断函数和加工误差量进行计算,以期为金属材料加工设备的高精度加工提供数据支撑。
In order to solve the problems of uncertainty and unreliable prediction of machining accuracy in the actual operation of metal material processing equipment,the corresponding calculation and analysis of mathematical modeling of metal material processing equipment are carried out.Through the data collection of metal material processing equipment and the construction of digital processing equipment model,the mathematical modeling of the processing equipment is realized.Based on this,the chip breaking function and processing error in the processing process are calculated,so as to provide data support for the high-precision processing of metal material processing equipment.
