摘要
为了保障电动机出厂合格率,提升检测效率,设计了一种基于以太网通信的电动机定子匝间耐压检测装置。分析了匝间耐压检测原理,设计了直流高压发生电路,使用W5500以太网芯片以及UDP通信实现了数据高速传输,选用可控硅TYN1012作为触发开关。STM32单片机配合高速FIFO读取AD9226采集的数据。实验表明,该装置实现了定子匝间耐压的检测并能实时传输数据。
In order to ensure the qualified rate of the motor and improve the detection efficiency,a set of motor stator interturn voltage withstanding device based on Ethernet communication was designed.The principle of the interturn voltage withstanding detection was analyzed.The DC high-voltage generation circuit was designed.The W5500 Ethernet chip and UDP communication were used to realize high-speed data transmission,and the silicon controlled TYN1012 was selected as the trigger switch.The STM32 microcontroller was used to acquire the converted data of AD9226 with high-speed FIFO.Experiments show that the device can be used for stator interturn voltage withstanding detection,and the data can be transmitted in real time.
