摘要 针对圆形连接器生产过程灌环氧胶工序需人工逐一检查产品外观质量的不足,设计一种基于机器视觉技术的圆形连接器灌胶污染在线识别系统。该系统首先采用500万彩色相机进行工站产品照片的摄取,并将图像传输到图像处理系统进行分析处理。图像处理系统以LabVIEW为开发平台,依据产品信息设置自适应感兴趣区域(ROI)区域,在ROI区域内,通过二值化、形态学去噪、粒子面积分析等图像处理后实现环氧胶污染识别与污染区域定位功能。通过实际重复测试验证,结果表明:该系统能准确、快速识别产品表面是否存在污染且对污染区域进行有效定位,显著提升了质量管控的自动化和柔性化程度。 In order to solve the problem that necessary to manually check the product appearance quality one by one of epoxy adhesive filling in the production process of circular connector,an online identification system of the circular connector polluted by epoxy glue based on machine vision technology was designed.In this system,five million color cameras were used to take the photos of the station and transmit the images to the image processing system for analysis and processing.The image processing system took LabVIEW as the development platform,and set the adaptive area of interest(ROI)area according to the product information.In the ROI area,the image processing functions of epoxy adhesive pollution identification and pollution area location were realized through binarization,morphological denoising,particle area analysis,etc.Through repeated tests,the results show that the system can accurately and quickly identify whether there is pollution on the product surface and effectively locate the polluted area,which significantly improve the degree of automation and flexibility of quality control.
