摘要
为了提高随钻测井系统中探管电路的可靠性并确定其可靠性试验的方案,对探管电路使用的HASS试验原理进行了分析,同时为了提高测试效率,结合现有的HASS环境平台研制了定向探管电路产品功能自动检测系统。该系统使用程控电源、数据采集卡、工控机等硬件设备,软件平台基于LabVIEW开发环境和Access数据库搭建,实现了测试数据的持久化操作、多任务的并行执行以及测试状态的自动切换。经试验验证,该系统能完成最多3套探管电路的HASS试验自动测试和结果记录导出,规范了试验流程和测试报表。
In order to improve the reliability of the probe circuit in the logging-while-drilling system and determine its reliabilityprogram,the HASS test principle used in the probe circuit was analyzed.At the same time,in order to improve the test efficiency,it was developed in conjunction with the existing HASS environment platform,an automatic detection system for the function of directional probe circuit products was provided.The system used hardware devices such as program-controlled power supplies,data acquisition cards,and industrial computers.The software platform was based on LabVIEW and Access.It implemented persistent operation of test data,parallel execution of multiple tasks,and automatic switching of test states.After verification by the test,the system can complete the automatic test of HASS test and the export of the result records of three sets of probe circuits,and standardize the test process and test report.
