摘要
学习困难生是因不同原因造成的不同类型的有缺陷的失常群体。在Y大学R学院中,其学习困难生存在着学习困难生民族分布明显、课上学习状态不理想、参加学生活动不积极、整体学习规划不明确的现状。这部分学习困难生的形成是由于来自学生层面、家庭层面和学校层面多种原因共同作用造成的。要想转化这部分学习困难生,必须要引导正确的学习方式、注重适当的情感教育、建设良好的教育环境,从而实现学习困难生从根本上的转化。
Trouble-study students are an abnormal group with defects,which from different causes and have different types.In R college of Y university,the trouble-study students have present situations of obvious ethnic distribution,un-ideal learning status on classes,inactive toward student activities,and no clear learning plans.These trouble-study students are mostly caused by student aspects,family aspects,school aspects of mutual effects.To convert these trouble-study students,must lead them to have the right learning method,pay attention to proper emotional educations,and build a harmonious education environment,to covert these trouble-study students fundamentally.
