摘要
“创造的教育”是建立在“尊重的教育”基础上,以培养学生的创造思维和创造能力为目标,在集聚丰富的教育资源同时,能够使学生、教师有充分发挥空间的长期、系统连贯的教育理念和过程。但是“创造的教育”示范课堂开展到目前为止,在发挥引领作用、完善课程设计、保持课堂的持续连贯性方面仍存在不足。基于此,我们从教师、学校以及课程三个维度提出完善建议:教师要端正“创造的教育”示范课堂的态度;学校要为“创造的教育”示范课堂提供充足的资源保障;要建立起完善的课程督导体系等,最终实现“创造的教育”示范课堂的示范引领功效。
"Creative education"is a long-term,systematic and coherent educational concept and process,which is based on"respectful education"and aims at cultivating students'creative thinking and creativity.It gathers rich educational resources and enables students and teachers to give full play to their space.So far,however,the demonstration class of"education for Creation"has been insufficient in playing a leading role,improving the curriculum design and maintaining the continuity of the class.Based on this,we put forward suggestions from the three dimensions of teachers,schools and curriculum:teachers should correct the attitude of"creative education"demonstration class;schools should provide sufficient resources for the demonstration class of"creative education";and it is necessary to establish a perfect curriculum supervision system and finally realize the demonstration and leading effect of"creative education"demonstration class.
