摘要
教师是人类灵魂的工程师,是人类文化的传承者,承担着传播知识、培育新人的时代重任。教师的社会地位不但影响着教师的情绪体验,还映射出一个国家对于“尊师重道”的体会和认知。然而,当前我国教师的社会地位并不乐观,原因大致有以下几个方面:经济因素、权力因素和声望因素。本文从以上几个方面揭示教师社会地位现状及成因,并探讨提升教师社会地位的可行策略,以期强化社会尊重知识、尊重教育的意识,使得教师行业能够更加受人尊敬。
The teacher is the engineer of human soul and the inheritor of human culture,carrying the important task of spreading knowledge and cultivating new people.The social status of teachers not only affects teachers'emotional experience,but also reflects a country's experience and cognition of respecting teachers and attaching importance to Tao.However,the current social status of teachers in China is not optimistic,the reasons are generally as follows:economic factors,power factors and prestige factors.This paper reveals the present situation and causes of teachers'social status from the above aspects,and probes into the feasible strategies to improve teachers'social status,strengthens the consciousness of social respect for knowledge and education,so that the teaching profession can be more respected。
