论LOFT空间设计文化在老工业建筑改建中的应用--以长春净水厂为例

On the Application of LOFT Space Design Culture in the Reconstruction of Old Industrial Buildings--Take Changchun Water Treatment Plant as an Example

20世纪90年代以后,LOFT风靡全球,迅速形成一种崭新的艺术时尚。随着LOFT风格在国内的广泛传播,LOFT空间也成为旧工业建筑功能转变的一个崭新方向。相较于对西方模式的一味模仿,设计出具有自己风格特点,展现出时代的进步性,符合城市的特质与长期发展理念的作品越来越引起设计师的重视。本文以长春水文化公园为例进行分析,诠释LOFT对当今城市生活的影响与发展意义,并对在保护原有的老旧工业建筑的基础上引入LOFT空间设计理念,更加适合城市发展满足人们的美好生活需要方面进行设想。

After the 1990s,LOFT swept the world and quickly formed a brand new art fashion.With the wide spread of LOFT style in China,LOFT space has become a new direction for the function transformation of old industrial buildings.Compared to blindly imitating the western model,designers are paying more and more attention to design works with their own style characteristics,showing the progress of The Times,and conforming to the characteristics of the city and the concept of long-term development.Taking Changchun Water Culture Park as an example for analysis,this paper explains the influence and development significance of LOFT on today's urban life,and proposes the introduction of LOFT space design concept on the basis of the protection of the original old industrial buildings,which is more suitable for urban development and meets the needs of people's better life.
