新时代我国竞技体育发展中社会和市场力量的培育路径研究

Cultivation of Social and Market Forces in Development of Competitive Sports in China in New Era

我国发展进入新时代,竞技体育发展所处的社会环境,需要应对的问题发生变化,有效培育竞技体育发展中的社会和市场力量,并使之成为竞技体育发展的内生动力是应对的关键。在梳理新时代所带来的机遇与挑战基础上,分析了新时代我国竞技体育发展中社会和市场力量培育的路径。研究认为,新时代我国竞技体育发展中社会和市场力量的培育路径,应在培育目标上实现强政府与大社会共存、领域分离与作用互补。在培育的技术手段上,主要从政策激励、技术帮扶、管理革新、文化育人等方面进行合理的设计与规划。研究建议,进行相关政策性和技术性帮扶,发展枢纽型社会组织,发挥其专业引领和规范引导作用,激发人们对竞技体育的文化认同,转变人们的消极认识。

The development of China has entered a new era.The social environment in which the development of competitive sports is in and the problems that need to be solved have changed.Cultivating the social and market forces effectively for the development of competitive sports and making them endogenous driving forces is the key to meeting the changes.On the basis of analyzing the opportunities and challenges brought by the new era,this paper put forward measures for the cultivation of social and market forces lay in that the coexistence of strong government and big society,the separation of government from market fields and the complementary of their roles.In terms of the technical means of cultivation,reasonable design and planning were mainly carried out from the aspects of policy incentives,technical assistance,management innovation,and cultural education.The relevant policy and technical-based assistance should be provided,and the development of pivotal social organizations should play their role in professional guidance and normative guidance to stimulate the people’s cultural identity with competitive sports and change people’s negative perceptions of it.
