摘要 为优化简支组合钢箱梁设计,本文基于某城市高架桥梁的实际应用,采用Midas Civil有限元软件对50 m跨径的简支钢-混组合梁进行受力分析,结果表明:不同施工分段方案对结构上翼缘应力及变形有不同程度的影响,特别是临时支架拆除时间对结构应力影响较大;横断面设计方案应综合考虑结构受力、经济性和施工便捷性,组合梁施工方案应与设计思路相匹配。本文研究结果可为相关工程设计提供参考。 In order to optimize the design of simply supported composite steel box girder, based on the practical application of a city viaduct in a city, the mechanical analysis of 50 m span simply supported steel-concrete composite beam is carried out by Midas civil software.It is pointed out that different section schemes have different effects on the stress and deformation of the upper flange of the structure, especially the removal time of the temporary support has a greater impact on the structural stress;the cross-section design scheme should comprehensively consider the structural stress, economy and construction convenience. The analysis results can provide references for related engineering design.
