乡村振兴战略背景下县域农村公路网的规划

Research on county-level rural road network planning under the background of rural revitalization strategy

农村公路是农业和农村发展的先导性、基础性设施,更是乡村振兴的基础之一。本文以山东典型农业大县—金乡为例,在传统节点重要度法基础上提出了基于特色产业、农业产业园重要度布局规划,在统筹县域经济社会发展的基础上,构建公路网规划,补充完善路网结构,促进交通+产业融合,为加快农业产业结构的调整和农村经济的发展步伐,打造乡村振兴齐鲁样板提供设施支持。

Rural road is the guiding and basic facilities of agriculture and rural development,but also one of the bases of rural revitalization.In this article,taking for example the typical large agricultural county in shandong,which is Jinxiang,on the basis of traditional node important degree method,the important degree of characteristic industry,agricultural industrial park layout planning is presented,and on the basis of the county’s economic and social development as a whole,the highway network planning is constructed,the road network is improved,the traffic+industrial convergence is promoted,and the adjustment of agricultural structure and the development of rural economy is speed up,which can build a new path for the country revitalization of qilu model.
