基于韧性理论的古镇复兴机制与策略研究--以白水营古镇为例

Research on the Mechanism and Strategy of Ancient Town Renaissance Based on Resilience Theory:A Case Study of Baishuiying Ancient Town

白水营是漳州东部一个没落的历史城镇。古镇开发面临着如何在承传存续中寻求创新发展的难题。基于韧性城镇生命体系理论,从白水营古镇当前特色产业链断裂、地域文化传承、生态环境告危和传统街巷空间肌理破碎等现状识别出发,探索出一套由形态、文态、业态合成的内生推力和由生态与政策制度势态构成的外在拉力共同合成的古镇复兴的动力机制。最后从产业、生态、文化、空间和制度5个层面提出白水营古镇复兴的韧性发展策略。

Baishuiying is a declining historical town in the east of Zhangzhou.The development of ancient towns is faced with the problem of how to seek innovative development in inheritance and survival.Based on the theory of resilient urban life system,starting from the identification of the current characteristics of Baishuiying of industrial chain break,regional cultural inheritance,ecological environment,and traditional street space texture fragmentation,we explored a set of forms,cultural styles,and business formats.Among them,the endogenous thrust is synthesized by spatial form,cultural form and industrial form,and the external pulling force is composed of ecology and situation.Finally,from the five levels of industry,ecology,culture,space and system,the resilience development strategy of Baishuiying ancient town revitalization is proposed.
