摘要
以我国北方地区新建某拱梁组合体系桥梁工程为背景,介绍了空间复合曲线钢箱拱肋的制造工艺和安装方法,并利用Solidworks软件对钢拱进行BIM建模,利用模型进行零部件、装配和工程图的深化设计;将多维的空间结构转为二维施工图纸,采用工厂内组装拼焊钢箱拱肋节段单元体,分段运输到现场后,大段吊装至胎架拼接成为整体的施工方法;利用MIDAS/Civil软件对拼装过程钢箱拱肋、定位支架的关键施工过程进行仿真分析,确保了施工过程和成桥结构满足安全要求;通过严格控制拱脚安装精度、定位支架变形控制,确保了整个曲线钢拱的安装精度,使其加工、架设施工质量满足设计文件和施工规范要求。
Taking a new-built arch-beam composite system bridge project in northern China as the engineering background,this paper introduces the manufacturing process and installation method of spatial composite curved steel box arch rib.Solidworks software is used to build a BIM model of steel arch,with which spare parts,assembling and engineering drawings can be designed to deepen and the multidimensional space structure is converted to 2D ATUOCAD Engineering Drawings.The construction idea is that the multi-section steel arch rib units are assembled and welded in the factory,and then hoisted to mould to splice into a whole,after being transported to the site in sections.MIDAS/Givil software is used to simulate and analyze key construction process of steel box arch ribs and positioning bracket during the assembly process to ensure the safety of structure during construction and after this bridge completed.By striedy controlling of arch foot's installation accuracy and deformation control of positioning bracket,the installation accuracy of the whole curved steel arch can be controlled,to ensure the construction quality of processing and erection satisfies the requirement of design document and construction specifications.
