摘要
以四川省成都市某截污管道工程为例,采用弹性支点法对圆形顶管工作坑结构进行了简化计算,得出了工作坑结构最大弯矩位于后靠墙两侧一定范围内;采用0.32%的配筋率进行工作坑结构配筋更为经济合理。同时对圆形顶管工作坑结构进行了监测,结果表明,工作坑结构变形近似椭圆状,且实测值与理论值变化趋于一致,但实测值大于理论值。
Taking an intercrceting sewage pipeline project in Chengdu as an example,the elastic fulcnun method is used to calculate the circular jacking working pit structure.The maximum bending moment of the structure is found to be wittiin a certain range of botli sides in back wall,and the reinforcement ratio of 0.32% is more economical and reasonable for woricing pit structure reinforcement.According to the monitored data,the deformed working pit is approximately elliptical.The change of tested value and the theoretical value tend to be consistent while the former is larger than the later.
