摘要 对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)综合管廊结构试设计进行了研究,基于试探法确定了UHPC综合管廊结构的截面尺寸,根据Midas Gen有限元设计软件对结构进行了配筋设计和承载能力验算,与普通混凝土综合管廊进行了经济性对比,并提出了优化措施。分析结果表明,UHPC综合管廊承载能力满足设计要求;UHPC综合管廊较普通混凝土综合管廊的比强度和比刚度均较高,混凝土和钢筋用量分别减少了30%和23%;UHPC综合管廊工程造价是普通混凝土综合管廊的2.3倍,但综合考虑结构的耐久性和施工性,UHPC综合管廊全寿命优于普通混凝土综合管廊。 The trial structure design of the utility tunnel made of UHPC was studied.The cross-sectional size was determined on the basis of heuristic method.According to the Midas Gen finite element design software,the reinforcement of structure was designed,the bearing capacity was checked.The economy of UHPC is compared with that of ordinary concrete and optimization measures are proposed.The analysis results show that the carrying capacity of UHPC comprehensive pipe gallery meets the design requirements and its'specific strength and specific stiffness are higher than that of ordinary concrete.The concrete and steel bars are reduced by 30% and 23% respectively.Its'cost is more than twice as much as that of ordinary concrete.In view of structural durability and construction performance,the overall life circle of UHPC is superior to ordinary concrete.
