高校宣传思想工作是推进高校德育的重要保障,是党和国家一项极端重要的工作。基于全媒体背景下宣传思想工作呈现出的特征和面临的挑战,探索加强对高校媒体平台的监管与引导、创新高校宣传思想工作与全媒体平台融会贯通、完善高校宣传思想工作人才队伍建设、提高受教育者辨别是非的能力等创新路径,最终实现党对高校宣传思想工作的全面领导。

Propaganda ideological work in colleges and universities is an important guarantee for promoting moral education.It is an extremely important work for the Party and the country.Based on the opportunities and challenges brought by propaganda and ideological work from the perspective of omnimedia,this paper analyzes the reasons for the challenges.This paper puts forward some innovative ways,such as strengthening the supervision and guidance of the media platform in colleges and universities,innovating the integration of the ideological work in colleges and universities with the all-media platform,perfecting the construction of the talent team in the ideological work in colleges and universities,and improving the ability of the educatees to distinguish right from wrong,so as to realize the overall leadership of the Party over the ideological work in colleges and universities finally.
