基于“SHA 2011”的我国寒地居民治疗费用分析

目的:分析我国以黑龙江省为代表的寒冷地区卫生费用中治疗费用情况,为实现"健康中国2030"提供数据支持和相关政策建议。方法:基于"卫生费用核算体系2011",核算分析黑龙江省经常性卫生支出中治疗费用情况。结果:2018年黑龙江省经常性卫生费用为992.80亿元,人均经常性卫生费用2631.25元。治疗服务费用总额为735.31亿元,占经常性卫生费用的74.06%。结论:针对寒地特有地理及气候环境,关注特殊人群健康状况,优化医疗保障制度设计,建立完善的健康服务体系,推动健康中国的建设。

Objective:To analyze the treatment expenditure in cold areas represented by Heilongjiang Province in China,provided data support and relevant policy recommendations to achieve"Healthy China 2030".Methods:Based on SHA 2011,it calculates and analyzes the treatment expenditure of the current health expenditure in Heilongjiang province.Results:In 2018,the current health expenditure in Heilongjiang province is 99.280 billion yuan,and the per capita current health expenditure is 2631.25 yuan.The total treatment expenditure is 73.531 billion yuan,accounting for 74.06%of current health expenditure.Conclusion:According to the unique geographical and climatic environment of cold region,it needs to pay attention to the health status of special population,focus on the health status of specific population,optimize the design of medical security system,establish a perfect health service system,and promote the construction of a healthy China.
