某儿童医院病毒性腹泻患儿病原体感染情况分析与干预措施

Analysis on Pathogen Infection in Children Patients with Viral Diarrhea in He'nan Children's Hospital and Its Intervention Measures

目的:分析医院病毒性腹泻患儿病原体感染情况及其流行病学特点。方法:选取医院2018年1月—2019年12月期间收治的腹泻患儿680例临床资料,统计其患儿粪便标本中星状病毒、轮状病毒、腺病毒与诺如病毒的阳性检出情况;分析其病毒性腹泻患儿不同性别、年龄及不同季节的病原体感染发生情况,以及干预措施。结果:680例腹泻患儿中,检出肠道病毒呈阳性者280例,其阳性检出率为41.18%;其中轮状病毒检出率(21.32%)显著高于其他3种病毒(诺如病毒、腺病毒、星状病毒)(P<0.05);而这4种病毒的检出率均主要分布在1~2岁的患儿中,其秋、冬两季的阳性检出率显著高于春、夏两季(P<0.05)。结论:病毒性腹泻的主要病原体为轮状病毒,1~2岁儿童是病毒性腹泻的高发群体,而秋、冬两季则为高发季节,故临床应加强对病毒性腹泻的监测力度,并及时采取措施进行干预,以确保早发现早治疗。

Objective:To analyze the pathogen infection of children patients with viral diarrhea in hospital and its epidemiological characteristics.Methods:The clinical data of 680 children with diarrhea admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.The positive detection of Stellavirus,Rotavirus,Adenovirus and Norovirus in fecal samples of the children were counted;the incidence of pathogen infection in children with viral diarrhea in different genders,ages and seasons were analyzed,as well as intervention measures.Results:Among the 680 children with diarrhea,280 were found to be positive for enterovirus,with a positive detection rate of 41.18%.The detection rate of Rotavirus(21.32%)was significantly higher than that of the other 3 kinds of viruses(Norovirus,Adenovirus and Astrovirus)(P<0.05).The detection rates of these 4 kinds of viruses were mainly distributed in children aged between 1 and 2 years,and the positive detection rates in Autumn and Winter were significantly higher than those in Spring and Summer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The main pathogen of viral diarrhea is Rotavirus,1 to 2 years old children are the high incidence of viral diarrhea population,and these seasons of Autumn andWinter are high incidence,so clinical should strengthen the monitoring of viral diarrhea,and take timely measures to intervene,so as to ensure early detection and early treatment.
