摘要
目的:探究重症嗜肺军团菌肺炎患者的抗感染治疗方案。方法:临床药师参与1例经第2代测序技术(next-generation sequencing,NGS)检测为嗜肺军团菌感染患者的抗感染治疗过程,协助医师调整抗感染治疗方案,识别药品不良反应。结果:经治疗患者感染症状得到控制,病情好转出院。结论:临床药师参与重症嗜肺军团菌肺炎患者的抗感染治疗,有助于提高临床用药的安全性及有效性。
Objective:To explore the anti-infective medication regimen for patients with severe Legionella pneumophila pneumonia.Methods:The clinical pharmacist participated in the anti-infective medication for 1 patient infected by Legionella pneumophila,which was detected by next-generation sequencing(NGS),assisting physicians to adjust anti-infective program and identifying adverse drug reactions.Results:After treatment,the patient's infection symptoms were controlled and his condition improved and was discharged from hospital.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists can participate in the anti-infective treatment for patients of severe Legionella pneumophila pneumonia,improving the safety and effectiveness of medication.
