康柏西普联合多波长激光光凝治疗视网膜大动脉瘤 被引量:1

Conbercept combined with multi-wavelength laser photocoagulation for the treatment of retinal arterial macroaneurysm

摘要 目的观察玻璃体内注射康柏西普联合多波长激光光凝治疗视网膜大动脉瘤的临床效果。方法前瞻性临床随机对照研究。将郑州大学第一附属医院2016年1月至2019年12月视网膜大动脉瘤32例(32眼)纳入本研究。患者随机分为两组,A组行康柏西普玻璃体内注射联合多波长激光光凝治疗,B组行单纯多波长激光光凝治疗。随访6个月,观察两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗后BCVA均有提高(A组:F=16.109,P<0.001;B组:F=6.145,P=0.001),黄斑中心区厚度(CMT)均下降(FA=63.107,PA<0.001;FB=22.842,PB<0.001);治疗后1个月及3个月,两组间BCVA及CMT差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组BCVA和CMT早期恢复更快;治疗后6个月,两组BCVA差异无统计学意义(t=-1.464,P=0.164),但A组CMT低于B组(t=-2.478,P=0.026)。A组的激光光凝(1.19±0.40)次少于B组的(1.44±0.63)次(t=-2.236,P=0.041)。结论康柏西普联合多波长激光光凝及单纯多波长激光光凝治疗视网膜大动脉瘤均有明确疗效,联合治疗早期恢复更快。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intravitreal injection of conbercept combined with multi-wavelength laser photocoagulation for the treatment of retinal arterial macroaneurysm.Methods This was a prospective clinical randomized controlled study.A total of 32 eyes of 32 cases of retinal macro aneurysm from Jan.2016 to Dec.2019 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were included.All patients were randomly divided into two groups:group A was treated with conbercept intravitreal injection combined with multi-wavelength laser photocoagulation,group B with multi-wavelength laser photocoagulation.The efficacy of the two groups were observed at 6 months of followed-up time.Results After treatment,the BCVA of the two groups increased(FA=16.109,PA<0.001;FB=6.145,PB=0.001)and CMT decreased(FA=63.107,PA<0.001;FB=22.842,PB<0.001).The difference in BCVA and CMT between the two groups was statistically significant at 1 and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).And the early recovery of BCVA and CMT in group A was faster.There was no significant difference in BCVA between the two groups at 6 months after treatment(t=-1.464,P=0.164),but CMT of group A was lower than that of group B(t=-2.478,P=0.026).The(1.19±0.40)times of laser photocoagulation in group A were less than the(1.44±0.63)times in group B(t=-2.236,P=0.041).Conclusion Both conbercept combined with multi-wavelength laser photocoagulation and simple multi-wavelength laser photocoagulation all were obviously effective in the treatment of retinal artery macroaneurysm,and the combined therapy recovers more fast.
