基于聚氯乙烯糊状树脂生产中阶段性出现反应异常或者不反应的现象,提出排查方法和解决思路。通过工艺改进、加强设备操作控制、提升助剂单体质量等方面进行研究,解决了糊状树脂反应体系异常问题,保障了生产线连续稳定生产,为企业节本降耗奠定了一定基础。

Based on the phenomenon that reaction abnormality or non-reaction occurs periodically in the production of PVC paste resin,the investigation method and solution are proposed.Through researches on process improvement,strengthening equipment operation control,and improving the quality of auxiliary monomers,we have solved the abnormal problem of the pasty resin reaction system,ensured the continuous and stable production of the company’s production line,and laid a certain foundation for the company to save costs and reduce consumption.
