摘要
使用参与观察和深度访谈相结合的研究方法,以深圳、东莞农民工为例,从职业境遇、自我塑造与身份张力等维度研究新生代农民工的个体化过程。研究发现,随着新生代农民工频繁的职业流动,他们开始倾向通过消费进行身份认同。消费认同对其原有身份意识进行解构,新生代农民工日趋个体化。新生代农民工逐渐从原有共同体中“悬浮”出来,自主性、选择性增强,从而产生了农民工身份认同的张力。
By the research of observation and in-depth interview,this paper takes migrant workers in Shenzhen and Dongguan as an example to present the individualization process of the new generation of migrant workers from the dimensions of occupational situation,self-shaping and identity tension.It is found that with the frequent occupational mobility of the new generation of migrant workers,they tend to identify themselves through consumption.Consumption identity deconstructs their original identity consciousness,and the new generation of migrant workers is increasingly individualized.The traditional identity attribution is becoming more and more materialized.The new generation of migrant workers“floats”out of the local community,and their autonomy and selectivity are enhanced,which leads to their identity tension.
