激光位移计在隧道基底补强监测与控制中的应用

摘要 铁路隧道整体道床基底下沉、翻浆冒泥等病害严重影响线路平顺性。以基底病害采用“抬-注-锚”技术整治为例,利用激光位移计实时监测轨道板抬升过程中的位移。结果表明:当聚氨酯固化材料填充轨道板底部裂缝时轨道板抬升,当抬升位移量达到警戒值1 mm时停止作业,之后轨道板缓慢下降,随着聚氨酯固化材料的固化,轨道板的抬升位移量最终趋于稳定。由于激光位移计在测量精度和测量范围上比轨距尺更具优势,能够有效地实时监测和控制轨道板抬升过程中的位移,为后续工程实施提供保障。 Tunnel diseases such as subsoil subsidence of the monolithic track bed and mud pumping seriously affect the track regularity.The"lifting-injecting-anchoring"technology has been adopted for treating tunnel subsoil diseases,and the displacement of track slab during lifting was monitored in real time by a laser displacement meter.The results show that the track slab rises when polyurethane curing material is used for filling of the cracks at the bottom of the track slab,and when the lifting displacement reaches the warning value of 1 mm,operation is stopped and the track slab descends slowly.With the curing of polyurethane curing material,the lifting displacement of the track slab is finally stabilized.As the laser displacement meter has advantage over the gauging rule in measuring accuracy and measuring range,it can be applied to monitor in real time and control the displacement of the track slab during lifting.
