龙氏治脊疗法治疗老年颈性眩晕患者的有效性及安全性研究

Efficacy and Safety of Long’s Spine Care Therapy in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Cervical Vertigo

目的:观察龙氏治脊疗法治疗老年颈性眩晕的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将60例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组予传统针灸配合龙氏治脊疗法治疗,对照组予传统针灸配合药物治疗,两组疗程均为14天,观察临床疗效,比较眩晕程度评定美国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学会听力及平衡委员会(Committee on Hearing and Equilibrium,CHE)6分制功能水平分级法标准的变化情况及安全性。结果:①治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96.67%和80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗前后组内比较,两组CHE6分制功能水平分级法差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,CHE6分制功能水平分级法改善指数差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:龙氏治脊疗法治疗老年颈性眩晕可显著改善患者眩晕症状,安全性良好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Long’s spine care therapy in elderly patients with cervical vertigo.Methods:Sixty cases with cervical vertigo were randomized into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Control group was treated by conventional acupuncture treatment with oral drug therapy,and treatment group was treated by conventional acupuncture treatment with Long’s spine care therapy,with the course of 14 days.The pre-and post-treatment six-point functional level scale from CHE(Committee on Hearing and Equilibrium)and safety were observed.Results:(1)The total effective rate was 96.67%in treatment group and 80.00%in control group,with a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Before and after treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups in function level grading of CHE6 score system(P<0.05),and between the two groups in function level grading of CHE6 score system(P<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Long’s spine care therapy can significantly improve the vertigo symptoms in elderly patients with cervical vertigo safely.
