调神针联合颈三针治疗卒中后抑郁临床观察

Post-stroke depression Treated by“Mind-Regulation”Acupuncture combined with“Cervical three Point”

目的:探究调神针联合颈三针治疗卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:60例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组口服盐酸帕罗西汀片,每日一次,治疗组予调神针结合颈三针,一周5次,连续治疗6周。比较两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD),总有效率。结果:治疗后两组HAMD量表总分均降低,治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05),对照组总有效率为90.0%高于对照组的76.7%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:调神针联合颈三针对卒中后抑郁效果更明显,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective:To make an observation on effect of"Mind-Regulation"Acupuncture combined with"Cervical three Point"in improving Post-stroke depression.Methods:60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group averagely,"Mind-Regulation"Acupuncture combined with"Cervical three Point"was given to treatment group once a day,five times a week,paroxetine hydrochloride tablets was given to control group once a day,each of them treated for 6 weeks,Hamilton’s depression scale(HAMD),effective rate were recorded in the end.Result:Both groups decreased on HAMD score(P<0.05),treatment group was lower than the other(P<0.05).For effective rate,90%was found in treatment group,which was higher 13.3%than control group.Conclusion:"Mind-Regulation"Acupuncture combined with"Cervical three Point"showed more effective and less adverse reaction,which was worthy to be popularized.
