基于青铜基金刚石烧结复合阴极的电解磨削试验研究

摘要 为提高电解磨削的加工质量,基于多物理场仿真软件COMSOL对电解加工间隙流场进行仿真分析,以确定阴极结构的合理性。在仿真分析的基础上开展工艺试验,研究进给速度、主轴转速、加工电压等工艺参数对电解磨削加工质量的影响规律,并得出最优工艺参数。实验表明,采用最优工艺参数进行试验,可以获得表面粗糙度Ra<0.2μm的粗糙度,最终达到提高剃须刀网电解磨削加工稳定性和加工表面质量的目的。 In order to improve the quality of electrochemical grinding,the gap flow field of electrochemical machining is simulated and analyzed based on the multi-physical field simulation software COMSOL to determine the rationality of the cathode structure.Based on the simulation analysis,technical experiments are carried out to study the influence of process parameters such as feed speed,spindle speed and machining voltage on the quality of electrochemical grinding,and the optimal process parameters are obtained.The results show that the roughness of Ra<0.2μm can be obtained by using the optimal process parameters,and the stability and surface quality of the shaving net can be improved.
