摘要
针对镍冶炼原料变化,引起的高温、高含杂、带水量超标,制酸系统净化能力难以承受,净化、干吸、转化和SO_(2)鼓风机频繁故障等问题,对制酸系统的工艺与装备进行工艺优化和技术创新,研发了一套适应高温高含杂烟气的制酸工艺和装备,实现了高含杂镍冶炼烟气的降温、除杂和装置的安全、稳定运行。
For the issues caused by variation in the raw material for nickel smeltering,such as high temperature,high impurity level,and excessive water carryover,which lead to overloading of the purification capacity in the acid system,as well as frequent failures in the purification,drying/absorption,conversion SO_(2) blower,process optimization and technological innovation are carried out for the process and equipment of the acid system,and a set of acid process and equipment are developed to accommodate the high temperature and high-impurity flue gas,which has achieved safe and stable operation of the cooling,impurity removal of the high-impurity nickel smeltering flue gas and the plant.
