摘要
为了避免市场采购的石灰杂质含量高,造成污酸处理效果不稳定、渣量大,影响冶炼厂污酸处理系统的稳定运行和经济运行,根据现场工艺、设备及地理条件,自行设计了一套石灰乳精制装置,以保证污酸处理系统石灰乳的品质。主要介绍了该精制石灰乳系统的工艺流程、主要设备选型及系统运行效果,认为该技术改造产生的经济效益和环境效益显著。
In order to avoid high impurity in the lime purchased from the market,which may cause unstable treatment of the contaminated acid and large amount of sludge,and thus affecting the stable operation and economic operation of the contaminated acid treatment system of the smelter,a lime purification system is designed based on the site process,mechanical and geological conditions,so as to assure quality of the lime for contaminated acid treatment system.The process flow,sizing of key equipment,and performance of the purified lime system are outlined,and it is concluded that the technical revamp offers significant economic and environmental benefits.
