摘要 煤化工装置中的管道材料在高温临氢与硫化氢工况下会产生高温氢腐蚀和高温硫化氢腐蚀,严重影响材料的力学性能。阐述了高温氢腐蚀和高温硫化氢腐蚀的机理及影响因素,结合国内某煤化工装置管道材料的选用实例,提出管道材料选用的方法。 Piping materials in coal chemical plants are subject to high-temperature hydrogen attack and high-temperature hydrogen sulphide attack under high-temperature hydrogen exposure and hydrogen sulphide cases,which may significantly undermine the mechanical property of the material.The mechanism and influencing factors of high-temperature hydrogen attack and hydrogen sulphide attack are outlined,and based on actual selection practice of piping materials in a coal chemical plant in China,the method for selection of piping materials is proposed.
