中西医结合研究生医学实验方法与技术课程体系构建及其科研能力培养的实践

研究生教育是培养高级医学人才的重要组成部分,在医学教育研究领域占有重要地位。在中西医结合研究生的培养过程中,医学实验方法和技能的训练对医学研究生科研素养培育至关重要。从教学理念模式、课程设计内容、成绩评价以及科研素养培育等方面,总结了中医药大学医学实验方法与技术课程体系构建及其研究生科研能力培养中的教学实践和思考体会,探索出合理的中西医结合研究生培养模式,为切实提高中西医结合人才培养质量奠定基础。

Postgraduate education is an important part of training advanced medical talents and plays an important role in the field of medical education research.In the process of the cultivating postgraduates of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the training of medical-experiment methods and technologies is crucial to their research ability.In this paper,based on teaching philosophy,mode,curriculum design,assessment and cultivating scientific competence,the authors summarized and reflected on the practice of curriculum construction and the cultivation of postgraduates’research ability,explored proper teaching mode and further laid a foundation for improving the quality of cultivating postgraduates.
