摘要
随着有载分接开关故障不断增加,传统的检修方式已经不能满足基本要求,故文章从声学振动角度对变压器有载分接开关振动信号进行了研究。基于独立成分分析法的信号预处理技术,通过定义相空间分布系数,对不同故障状态下的有载分接开关振动信号进行了识别;基于模糊集理论的多参数诊断技术,通过建立不同故障状态下的二维正态隶属度函数,对有载分接开关进行了状态评估。该技术的提出可以提高有载分接开关检修效率,对保障电力系统安全可靠运行具有重要意义。
With the increasing faults of the on-load tap changer is increasing,the traditional maintenance method cannot meet its basic requirements.Therefore,this paper studies the vibration signal of the on-load tap changer of transformer from the acoustic vibration angle.Based on the signal preprocessing technology of independent component analysis,the vibration signals of on-load tap changers under different fault states are identified by defining the phase points distribution coefficient(PPDC).Based on the multi-parameter diagnosis technology of fuzzy set theory,the state of on-load tap changers is evaluated by establishing two-dimensional normal membership function under different fault states.The proposed technology can improve the efficiency of on-load tap changers maintenance,and is of great significance to ensure the safe and reliable operation of power systems.
