摘要
由于电能表安装在不同的环境中,温度、湿度、浪涌次数等应力不相同,从而导致同批能电能表不同寿命,也使常规的寿命理论计算出来的寿命值偏差巨大;鉴于此,文中从寿命相关理论出发,配合高温高湿实验寿命数据,采用温度、湿度、浪涌次数的监测手段,综合评估剩余寿命,从而提出一套现场电能表寿命预警制度。
Because the electric energy meters are installed in different environments,the stress of temperature,humidity and the number of surges are different,which leads to different life of the same batch of electric energy meters,and also makes the life value calculated by the conventional life theory deviate greatly.In view of this,this paper adopts the monitoring means of temperature,humidity and the number of surges based on the relative life theory and the life data of high temperature and humidity experiments to evaluate the residual life comprehensively,thereby,a set of on-site life early warning system of electric energy meter is put forward.
