酶制剂生产技术课程基于国家教学资源库的教改探究

Research on the Teaching Reform in the Course of Enzyme Production Technology Based on the National Teaching Resource Database

国家教学资源库是职业教育综合改革的示范项目,推进了信息技术与职业教育的深度融合。目前国内外混合式教学改革是研究热点,而校内教学中,数字化资源的建设是施行混合式教学改革的基础。研究与分析了食品生物技术专业酶制剂生产技术课程基于国家教学资源库的课改情况与应用效果,分析存在问题,提出改进方案,进而为食品生物技术行业及其他相关专业提供借鉴与推广。

The national teaching resource bank is a demonstration project of the comprehensive reform of vocational education,which promotes the deep integration of information technology and vocational education.At present,the mixed teaching reform at home and abroad is a research hotspot,and in school teaching,the construction of digital resources is the basis for the implementation of the mixed teaching reform.The curriculum reform and application effect of enzyme preparation production technology for food biotechnology specialty based on the national teaching resource database were studied and analyzed,the existing problems were analyzed,and improvement plans were put forward,so as to provide reference and promotion for the food biotechnology industry and other related majors.
