摘要肝X受体(liver X receptors, LXRs)是核受体家族成员之一,最初的研究表明LXRs是胆固醇代谢的重要调节者,此后又发现LXRs在动脉粥样硬化、阿尔茨海默病、乳腺癌等疾病中发挥重要作用。近年发现LXRs在生殖器官中也有表达,并通过多种途径对女性生育能力产生重要影响。本文对近年来LXRs对生殖功能的影响机制的研究进展进行综述。
