我国绿色贸易融资发展的内涵、逻辑与前景

The Intension,Logic and Prospect of China’s Green Trade Finance Development

绿色贸易融资结合了绿色金融和绿色贸易的特点,是为引导企业进行绿色生产而针对绿色贸易采用的融资手段,属于交叉学科的前沿研究领域,相关研究较少。文章尝试对这一新兴领域的理论内涵进行界定,总结其当前发展的主要驱动因素,尝试构建逻辑分析框架,将贸易融资因素引入Melitz(2003)经典模型,指出绿色贸易融资的强度可以有效降低出口商绿色贸易行为的门槛,刺激更多生产率达到门槛值的企业进行绿色贸易,为绿色贸易的发展起到关键性的推动作用。此外,文章通过介绍目前国际商会成立的"绿色贸易融资工作组"的实践工作,探讨绿色贸易融资未来的发展前景,并给出新形势下具体的政策建议。

Green trade finance combines the characteristics of green finance and green trade,offering financing tools for green trade in order to lead to the enterprises’green productions.It belongs to frontier research field of interdiscipline with few literatures.This paper attempts to define the theoretical connotation of this emerging field,summarize the main driving factors of its current development,and attempts to construct a theoretical analysis framework to introduce trade finance factors into the Melitz(2003)classic model.The intensity of green trade financing can effectively reduce the threshold of exporters’green trade behavior,and stimulate more companies to reach the threshold for green trade to promote the development of green trade.In addition,this paper discusses the future prospects of green trade finance by introducing the practical work of the a Green Trade Finance Working Group"established by the International Chamber of Commerce,and gives specific policy recommendations under the new trend.
