在应对全球气候变化的大背景下,全球能源正在朝着低碳化方向加快转型。中国及时提出了推动能源转型发展的国家战略。顺应全球能源发展的大趋势,实现国家既定的绿色发展、构建新的能源体系的战略目标,应准确判断全球能源转型发展大势,洞察全球能源安全出现的新变化,把握新一轮能源变革的总体方向,选择发展有利于构建新时代能源转型发展的新业态,同时应及时开展相关行动,以保证我国能源转型发展战略的稳步推进。

In the context of tackling global climate change,global energy is accelerating the low carbon transformation.China has timely put forward a national strategy to promote energy transformation.Complying with the global energy development trends,to achieve national established strategic objectives of green development and building a new energy system,there are needs to accurately judge global energy transformation development trend,provide insights into the new changes in the global energy security,grasp the overall direction of a new round of energy revolution,choose and develop the new form of industries,which is in favor of energy transformation of the new era.At the same time,we should carry out the relevant actions to ensure the steady progress of China’s energy transformation strategy.
