摘要
2020年,全国煤炭生产量和消费量均达到历史高位,供需总体平衡。在煤炭供应保障总体有力的情况下,煤炭集中度进一步提升,带来一些供应安全风险。叠加新冠疫情和极寒天气等因素,煤炭逐月消费波动较大,市场价格起伏变化。2021年,我国宏观经济将保持稳定发展态势,煤炭需求有望进一步增长,供应能力同步匹配,但不排除局部地区短时供需偏紧现象。建议积极做好煤炭供应保障工作,充分发挥煤炭行业推动能源绿色低碳转型的不可替代作用。
In 2020,both the coal production and consumption reached historic highs,and there is an overall balance between coal supply and demand.Although the overall coal supply is guaranteed,the concentration of coal supply has further increased,that brings some supply security risks.Due to the COVID-19 epidemic and extremely cold weather,monthly coal consumption and market prices fluctuated greatly.In 2021,the macro economy in China will keep stable development,coal demand is expected to grow further,and the supply capacity will be matched simultaneously,however,it cannot be ruled out that there will be supply shortage in some areas in short term.It is recommended to actively ensure the supply of coal and give full play to the irreplaceable role of the coal industry in promoting green and low-carbon energy transformation.
