摘要
2020年新冠肺炎疫情对我国经济社会发展产生了广泛而深刻的影响,但天然气领域发展却超出预期。市场凸显韧性,消费较快增长,城市燃气和工业用气均突破千亿立方米。产供储销体系建设持续推进,极寒时期天然气供应有保障。国内外市场供需宽松推动价格低位运行,我国天然气进口呈稳定增长态势,对外依存度进一步缓解。国家管网公司重组整合并正式运营,改革红利开始释放。2021年是“十四五”规划开局之年,天然气领域发展将呈现出三个方面的趋势和特点。
China economy and society development has been deeply impacted by COVID-19 in 2020,while the natural gas industry made more than expected achievements.The natural gas market is resilient with fast growing consumption.The consumption of both city gas and industrial gas exceeded one thousand cubic meters.The system construction of production,transport,storage and selling of natural gas has made progress,which contributed to the security of natural gas supply during the cold winter of 2020-2021.The price stayed at a relative lower level due to the oversupply in the international market,thus natural gas import sustained increased but the dependency was stable.China Oil&Gas Piping Network Corporation came into operation,showing the benefits of reform.Three perspectives for the natural gas industry in 2021,the first year of the“14th Five-Year Plan period”,is provided in this article.
