摘要
建设重点用能单位能耗在线监测系统是提高能源管理精细化水平、促进能源资源节约的重要举措。本文从能耗在线监测系统建设工作实际入手,总结了云南省推进能耗在线监测系统建设工作过程中的实践、取得成效、建设滞后的问题,提出推进系统建设的思考。
The construction of an online monitoring system for energy consumption of key energy using units is an important measure to improve energy management and promote energy and resource conservation.This paper is from the working practice of energy consumption online monitoring system construction.It summarizes the experience,practice and difficulties of Yunnan province in promoting energy consumption online monitoring system construction,put forward considerations of the next steps to promote the construction of the system.
