Low temperature rolling technology of high speed wire rod and its engineering application

摘要 高速线材低温轧制技术可降低高速线材生产线的综合能耗、提高产品综合性能、节省下游用户的热处理成本,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益,也是提升生产线竞争力的有效途径。分析了低温轧制工艺技术的特点及优势,总结了典型钢种的温度控制及微观组织的要求,介绍了低温轧制技术的典型工艺布置和主要设备选型,以期对高速线材工程设计、生产实践有一定的借鉴作用。 The low temperature rolling technology can reduce comprehensive energy consumption of high speed wire rod production line,improve comprehensive product performance and save heat treatment cost for downstream user,etc.Therefore,it will bring higher economic and social benefits,and also it is an effective method to improve competitive power of production line.The technical characteristics and advantages of low temperature rolling were analyzed,the temperature control and microstructure request of typical steel grade were summarized.Meanwhile,the typical processing layout and main equipment selection of low temperature rolling were introduced,which were reference for engineering design and production practice.
