容量超负荷是急、慢性心力衰竭发展过程中重要的病理生理改变,容量管理是心力衰竭管理过程中十分重要的组成部分。本文从心力衰竭与容量管理之间的关系入手,从容量评估的方法、容量管理常用的护理干预措施进行综述,旨在强调心力衰竭患者容量管理的重要性、必要性,为临床护士提供容量评估方向以及制定相应护理措施提供依据。

Capacity overload is an important pathophysiological change in the development of acute and chronic heart failure and capacity management is a very important part in the management of heart failure.This article starts with the relationship between heart failure and capacity management and reviews the methods of capacity assessment and the commonly used nursing interventions for capacity management.It aims to emphasize the importance and necessity of capacity management for patients with heart failure and provide clinical nurses with the direction of capacity assessment and basis for formulating corresponding nursing measures.
