摘要
将可再生的可见光应用于有机合成中一直是有机化学界的热门研究方向。炔烃作为一类含有不饱和碳-碳三键的有机化合物,在化学合成领域具有重要地位。有机氟化物由于其独特的反应性能以及在药物分子中的独特地位,一直广受有机化学家们的青睐,但其合成条件一直过于苛刻。如何在温和条件下,利用光敏剂吸收可见光光谱内的低能光产生活性中间体,经过电子转移的方式引发氟化试剂产生自由基,对炔类有机化合物进行氟化的研究也一直备受关注。现基于不同的氟化试剂对近几年的可见光催化炔烃的含氟双官能团化研究成果进行分类和总结,以期为未来该方向的研究提供理论参考。
The application of renewable visible light in organic synthesis has attracted considerable attention of organic chemists.As an organic compound containing unsaturated carbon-carbon triple bonds,alkynes play an important role in chemical synthesis.Fluorinated compounds have been widely favored by organic chemists for their unique reactivity and position in drug molecules.However,most of the developed methods for introducing fluor-compounds have been suffered from harsh conditions.It is a worthy subject how to use photosensitizers to absorb low-energy light in the visible light spectrum to generate active intermediates,through an electron transfer process to trigger fluorination reagents to generate free radicals to fluorinate alkyne organic compounds under mild conditions.In this review,we summarize the research results of visible light-catalyzed fluorinated bifunctional alkynes in recent years based on different fluorinated reagents.
