摘要
基于环氧浇注干式变压器的运输振动标准和原理,探讨了高压连线管在长途运输过程中的失效问题,使用有限元仿真计算方法Ansys-Ncode designlife计算出高压连线管的寿命及失效点,并提出了优化改进方案。
Based on the transport vibration standard and principle of epoxy cast dry-type transformer,the failure issue of high-voltage connecting pipe under excitation during long-distance transportation is discussed.The life and failure point of high-voltage connecting pipe is calculated by finite element simulation method Ansys-Ncode designlife,and the optimized improvement scheme is proposed.
