双层瓦合缝合眼轮匝肌肌瓣用于中老年眼袋切除术的效果分析

Effect analysis of double-layer tile suture orbicularis oculi muscle flap in middle-aged andelderly patients undergoing blepharectomy

目的分析双层瓦合缝合眼轮匝肌肌瓣用于中老年眼袋切除术的效果。方法选取本院2014年2月至2020年2月收治的60例接受眼袋美容整形术治疗的中老年患者,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组(30例)与试验组(30例),对照组采用四步眼袋法治疗,试验组采用双层瓦合缝合眼轮匝肌肌瓣法治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果与对照组相比,试验组的皮肤色泽增强发生率、眼袋明显减轻率、鱼尾纹改善率均显著提高(P<0.05)。试验组的总满意度、术后卧蚕形成率明显高于对照组,术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中老年患者在接受眼袋美容整形术治疗时,采用双层瓦合缝合眼轮匝肌肌瓣法治疗能让手术疗效和患者满意度显著提高,并减少术后并发症,促进患者形成卧蚕,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of double-layer tile suture orbicularis oculi muscle flap in middle-aged and elderly patients undergoing blepharectomy.Methods From February 2014 to February 2020,60 cases of middle-aged and elderly patients with pouch cosmetic surgery were selected and divided into control group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases)according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups.The control group was treated with four step pouch method,and the experimental group was treated with double-layer tile suture orbicularis oculi muscle flap method.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of skin color enhancement,the rate of eye bag reduction and the improvement rate of crow's feet lines in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing and the formation rate of lying silkworm in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The double-layer tile suture orbicularis oculi muscle flap method can significantly improve the surgical efficacy and patient satisfaction,reduce the postoperative complications,and promote the formation of sleeping silkworm,which has clinical promotion value.
