双侧耳前副耳切除术后重建耳屏1例临床分析

Clinical analysis of bilateral anterior and accessory auricular excision with postoperative reconstruction of tragus

副耳又称耳赘、软骨性痣,属于软骨组织错构瘤,是先天性外耳畸形中的一种。由于副耳常发生于耳周及面颈部,故对耳面部美观影响较大,治疗上采取手术切除治疗为主,而手术难点不仅要将副耳切除,关键还要连同副耳软骨一并切除后重建耳屏。阅读国内外相关文献中关于副耳切除后如何重建外观自然流畅的耳屏报道极少,故报道我科近期收治的一病例供临床诊治参考。

The accessory auricle is also called the ear excrescence,the cartilage nevus,belongs to the cartilage tissue hamartoma,it is a congenital malformation of the external ear.As accessory ears often occur around the ear and around the face and neck,it has a great impact on the facial appearance of the ear,so surgical resection is the main treatment,the operative difficulty is not only to remove the accessory ears,but also to reconstruct the tragus after resection of accessory ear cartilage.There are few reports on how to reconstruct the tragus with natural and smooth appearance after accessory ear resection in relevant literature at home and abroad.Therefore,a case recently admitted to our department is reported for clinical diagnosis and treatment reference.
