手术切口瘢痕的影响因素及评估方法研究进展

Research progress on influencing factors and evaluation methods of surgical incision scar

手术切口瘢痕是病理性瘢痕来源之一。本文介绍了手术切口瘢痕风险发生情况。评估了手术切口瘢痕风险因素,主要归纳为三方面:患者一般情况、手术相关情况、切口愈合情况。同时对手术切口瘢痕风险评估方法进行了分析,目前国内外尚缺乏科学高效的评估术后切口瘢痕形成风险的量化工具。

Surgical incision scar is one of the critical sources of the pathological scar.This paper introduced the risk of surgical incision scar.The risk factors of surgical incision scar were evaluated,which were mainly summarized into three aspects:the general condition of patients,operation-related condition,and incision healing.The risk assessment methods of surgical incision scar were analyzed.At present,there is a lack of scientific and efficient quantitative tools to evaluate the risk of postoperative incision scar formation at home and abroad.
