目标教学法在神经内科ICU护生呼吸机应用带教中的应用 被引量:1

The Application of Target Teaching Method in the Application and Teaching of Ventilator for Nursing Students in ICU of Neurology Department

摘要 目的对神经内科ICU护生呼吸机应用带教中采用目标教学法的应用效果展开分析。方法选取2018年4月—2020年3月在医院神经内科ICU实习的100名护理本科生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组实习生各50名。其中对照组实施神经内科ICU传统带教方法,观察组实施目标教学法。比较两组学生出科考试时呼吸机应用理论知识考试和操作考试成绩。结果观察组神经内科护生出科考试时,呼吸机应用理论知识考试成绩为(79.56±5.66)分,明显高于对照组(71.54±5.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组护生呼吸机操作考试成绩为(85.76±6.89)分也明显高于对照组(72.58±6.54)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.475,P<0.05)。结论神经内科ICU护生呼吸机应用中采用目标教学法有较好的应用效果,可以强化学生对理论知识的掌握,有效提升学生呼吸机操作技能,此种教学方法值得在临床护生带教中应用。 Objective To analyze the application effect of the target teaching method in the application of ventilator for nursing students in neurology ICU.Methods Select 100 nursing undergraduates who practiced in the ICU of the Department of Neurology of the hospital from April 2018 to March 2020 as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 interns in each group.The control group implemented the traditional neurology ICU teaching method,and the observation group implemented the target teaching method.Compare the test results of the ventilator application theory knowledge test and the operation test of the two groups of students.Results When the nursing students of the observation group were in the department of neurology,the score of the ventilator application theory knowledge test was(79.56±5.66)points significantly higher than the control group(71.54±5.21)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of the operation test was(85.76±6.89)points and was significantly higher than the control group(72.58±6.54)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.475,P<0.05).Conclusion The target teaching method in the application of ventilator for nursing students in neurology ICU has a good application effect,which can strengthen students'mastery of theoretical knowledge and effectively improve students'ventilator operation skills.This teaching method is worth application of teaching in clinical nursing students.
