Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Clinical Biochemical Test Results

目的探究临床生化检验结果的影响因素,并采取有效的管理对策。方法选取187份该院在2017年8月—2019年9月不合格的生化检验报告,回顾性分析其相关内容,积极探究对临床生化检验结果产生影响的因素,并针对相关原因提出有效的管理对策。比较对策实施前后检验人员对管理工作的满意度情况。结果样本量少、送检不及时、送错标本及标本凝固是导致临床生化检验不合格的主要因素。通过采取有效的管理对策后,检验人员对管理工作的满意度(96.55%)明显高于对策实施前(82.76%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对临床微生物检验结果产生影响的因素十分复杂,在临床生化检验过程中,通过采取有效的措施应对相关影响因素,使检验人员对管理工作的满意度有效提高,保证检验结果的准确性。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of clinical biochemical test results and take effective management strategies.Methods Selected 187 unqualified biochemical test reports in the hospital from August 2017 to September 2019,retrospectively analyzed their related content,actively explored the factors affecting the clinical biochemical test results,and proposed effective management countermeasures for related reasons.Compared the satisfaction of the inspectors with the management before and after the countermeasures were implemented.Results Small sample size,untimely delivery,wrong specimen delivery and specimen coagulation were the main factors leading to unqualified clinical biochemical tests.After adopting effective management countermeasures,the inspectors'satisfaction with management work(96.55%)was significantly higher than before the countermeasures(82.76%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The factors that affect the results of clinical microbiological testing are very complex.In the process of clinical biochemical testing,effective measures can be taken to deal with related influencing factors,which can effectively improve the satisfaction of inspectors with management work and ensure the accuracy of test results.
