恶性肿瘤护理管理中融合优质护理服务体系的意义研究

Research on the Significance of Integrating Quality Nursing Service System in the Nursing Management of Malignant Tumor

目的探讨优质服务体系在恶性肿瘤护理管理中的意义。方法将2018年5月—2019年10月期间在该院肿瘤科任职40名护理人员采用随机法将其进行分组,试验组(n=20)与对照组(n=20),采用常规护理管理20名护理人员为对照组,采用优质护理服务体系20名护理人员为试验组,对比试验组与对照组护理人员管理有效率、管理模式认知能力以及工作质量。结果试验组管理认知模式优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组管理有效率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组工作质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤护理管理中应用优质护理服务体系,可以有效提高护理人员工作质量。

Objective To explore the significance of quality service system in the management of malignant tumors.Methods From May 2018 to October 2019,40 nurses who served in the oncology department of the hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(n=20)and the control group(n=20)were managed by routine care.20 nurses were the control group,and 20 nurses using the high-quality nursing service system were used as the experimental group.The experimental group and the control group were compared with the nurses in terms of management efficiency,management model cognitive ability,and work quality.Results The management cognition model of medical staff in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the effective rate of medical staff management in the experimental group was statistically different(P<0.05).The work quality of the medical staff in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing service system in the nursing management of malignant tumors can effectively improve the quality of nurses and is worthy of widespread promotion.
